2. Schedule your first three classes

We always recommend all new students come at least three times their first week – we can get to know you and you get a good sense of how to try the best way in class, acclimate to the heated room, and also really start to feel the effects of regular yoga practice.

3. Sign up during your Intro Week and receive 20% off your first membership.
